LOL! I'm trying my best to keep a positive outlook on these new peripherals and like Mantisimo has done will be getting both the sony and MS controls when they come out. The 360 will get the Total package with a new style slim/Kinect package this fall.

Co-op is only as good as the people you are playing it with. I look for a 4 player co-op mode when looking at new games to buy. I have had many of fantastic co-op games of GRAW 1&2 over the years and use it to judge all other co-op games by.
Newer games such as Borderlands,Operation FlashPoint 2, and the upcoming Crackdown 2 will offer 4 player co-op campaigns that make for a great lesson in teamwork that you just don't get in "everybody for them selfs" game...
I hate to say it,but ANY and EVERY new military sim thats comes out now and in the future will be compared to CoD/MW2 as it being the biggest seller of the past year.
I have Sniper/ghost warrior and find it to be a very enjoyable game to play. The graphics are good and the A.I. is a decent challange. I haven't tried the online VS mode yet so I don't know if it will have a lag issue or not.

Good luck finding one of these unicorns of the gaming world! There is not a store in the 50 mile radius of the tampa bay area that has one in stock. I want to get one ,but I think i'll wait till Kinect is released and buy the "Total Package" deal in the fall. I figure that by then the new system quirks should be worked out.

I can see the authors idea behind this story. My biggest fear is that these new motion controllers will end up like the PS2 eye toy did. When the eye toy was released it was going to change the way we play games forever! To bad it was for not! It lacked support not only from Sony,but 3rd party software as well.

I'm a HUGE fan of modern combat sims and have been looking forward to the 360 beta for sometime now. The game play footage they showed at E3 looked like this maybe the game to beat this holiday season. What little they showed of the new CoD left me with a somewhat empty feeling. Its nice to see some new DLC coming out for Forza3 and this new R&T car pack looks to have some really good looking cars to choose from. To me ,Forza3 is the best racing game for the 360. Now all we need is some new tracks and achievements to get.
With new racing games like Blur,Split second,V8 challange,and F1 coming out in the near future its good to see that there keeping this one alive with DLC and for 400 MS points its a bargin.

I think alot of it has to be the individual GS/EB you deal with and I have been buying from them for over 15 years now. The best as I can remember ,I have only had 1 bad experienced with a very rude,uninformed,and uncaring sales employee there. To which I complained about to the company ( I later found out that I wasn't the only person to have a issue with him )and at some point he was let go of. Its been almost 7 months since its release and MW2 is still a problem plagued mess! The worst of all when they do patch things up ,the hackers have already broke the fix within 12 hours!
So with no single player or spec ops additions to this so called "stimulus" map pack,I will put my busting my arse for $15.00 to use else where.

I agree that the single player left me cold,but what really sucks is that there is NO spec ops add ons either. To me the spec ops was the best part of the game! What ashame!
I play most of the day on saturday with a few hicups.BUT other then those minor issues ,it played fine n the 360. I hope they got the ps3 store issues fixed.

One thing that I do ,that wasn't mentioned was keeping your console covered when NOT in use. If you do a google or Ebay search ,you should be able to find custom made,form fitting covers for any current or past consoles out there. They also make them for DVD players and audio systems too.
